Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Official Receiver, having been appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of David John Pegler on 24 July 2013, intends to declare a first and final dividend of 1.1p in the £ to the unsecured creditors of David John Pegler within a period of 2 months from the last date for proving.

Creditors who have not proved their debts must do so by 13 July 2023 otherwise they will be excluded from the dividend.
