NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

1. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Introduce a Pedestrian and Cycle Zone except permit holders (M1) on Market Place from its junction with Market Link;

i) between 06:00am and 7:00pm on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

b) Amend the Market Place Car Park operational days and hours as follows;

i) Monday 06.00am to 10.30pm, overnight parking from 10.30pm to 06:00am Tuesday

ii) Tuesday.06:00am to 7pm, no overnight parking

iii) Wednesday overnight parking only 7pm to 6am Thursday

iv) Thursday 6am to 7pm, no overnight parking

v) Sunday overnight parking only 7pm to 6am Monday

NB. Access will be permitted to permit holders only (M1) within the affected pedestrian and cycle zone.

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB or emailed to Schemes@havering.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
