Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 1 June 2023 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth of Booth & Co be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

As the subsequent creditors’ meeting held on the same day, the following resolution was passed: "That Philip Booth (IP No. 9470) of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG and Michael Pallott (IP No. 023650) of Mazars LLP, 30 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AU be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
