Notice is hereby given that on 21 December 2022 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar by the Commissioners for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs craving the Court Inter Alia to order that AAD Transport Ltd, a company registered under the companies act with Company number SC394609 and having it’s registered office at 15 Stiven Crescent, Kirriemuir, Angus, DD8 4JN be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator: in which Petition, the Sheriff at Forfar by Interlocutor dated 6th March 2023 dismissed the Petition, of which notice is hereby given.
