Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21 October 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 May 2023, I, Amy Grant-Jones, 12 Falmouth Road, Bishopston, Bristol, BS7 8PU, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Amy Jones and assumed the name of Amy Grant-Jones.
