Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 May 2023 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Matthew Hoy and Shane Biddlecome of Truslv Ltd, Grove House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Village, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation."

At the subsequent creditors’ meeting held on 30 May 2023, the following resolution was passed: "That Mark Boughey (IP No. 9611) and Michael Ian Field (IP No. 009705) both of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.”
