THE HILLINGDON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) TRAFFIC ORDER 2022 (AMENDMENT NO. 9) ORDER 2023
Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 19th May 2023 it made the above Orders to:
1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.
2. Convert a section of Zone WD6 permit holder parking place outside No. 58 Lavender Rise, West Drayton to a blue badge disabled parking bay.
3. Convert part of the existing Zone WD6 residents permit holder parking place outside No. 78 Mulberry Crescent, West Drayton to blue badge disabled parking bay.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 30th May 2023 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

SCHEDULE - INSTALLATION OF 'AT ANY TIME' WAITING RESTRICTIONS
GORSE WALK, YIEWSLEY – At the junction between Nos. 7 and 37 Gorse Walk.
ABBOTSWOOD WAY, HAYES
i) The west side of the road between the junction with Priory Close to south of the junction with Abbey Close.
ii) The east side of the road from outside No. 54 Abbotswood Way to south of the junction with Avondale Drive.
iii) On the southern side of the road outside Nos. 125 to 133 Abbotswood Way.
iv) On the southern side of the road outside Nos. 63 to 71 Abbotswood Way.
ABBEY CLOSE, HAYES – At the junction with Abbotswood Way, extended on the northern side outside No. 40 Abbey Close.
AVONDALE DRIVE, HAYES – Along the southern and eastern sides of the road, between the junction with Abbotswood Way and a point 21 metres northwest of the northwestern flank wall of No.135 Avondale Drive. PRIORY CLOSE, HAYES
i) Along the western side of the road opposite Nos. 29 to 36 Priory Close.
ii) Along southwestern side of Priory Close outside Nos. 1 to 10 Priory Close.
WILLOW AVENUE, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Elm Grove (reduced to 10 metres either side of junction from original proposal).
ELM GROVE, WEST DRAYTON – At the junction with Willow Avenue.
TIPTREE ROAD, RUISLIP – Extend the existing double yellow lines on the northeast side of the road to a new total distance of 28.5 metres from the junction with Braintree Road.
