NOTICE IS GIVEN, by Mark Supperstone and Ben Woodthorpe, the Former Supervisors of the CVA (the CVA commenced on the 10 June 2020 and ended on 31 August 2021), that they intend to declare a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors of the former CVA by the 5 June 2023.

Creditors who have not already proved are required to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (and the requisite supporting evidence) to the Former Supervisors at ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU by no later than 31 May 2023. Creditors of the former CVA who have not proved their debt by this date will be excluded from the benefit of this dividend. Please note that this distribution is in relation to the former CVA only, and the debts applicable are for creditors who held claims as at the date of the CVA i.e. on or before the 10 June 2020. Any claims that relate to post 10 June 2020 will not be considered for this dividend.
