Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 49a Leicester Road, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 2DF on 11 May 2023 at 10.30 am the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Bates (IP No. 8983) of Smart Business Recovery Limited, The Old Rectory, Main Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DG be appointed Liquidator of the Company."

At a subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day Scott Christian Bevan (IP No: 9614) and Simon David Chandler (IP No: 8822) both of Mazars LLP, Two Chamberlain Square, Birmingham, B3 3AX were appointed as Joint Liquidators and the appointment of Gavin Bates was not confirmed
