PLASTIC SURGERY SERVICES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME AND PLASTIC SURGERY SERVICES LIMITED PENSION SCHEME 2 (EACH A "SCHEME" AND TOGETHER, "THE SCHEMES")

Notice to Creditors and Beneficiaries under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 and any other relevant powers, that the Trustees are winding-up the Schemes. If you have received a communication from or on behalf of the Trustees regarding the wind up of the Scheme applicable to you, then you do not need to respond to this notice.

Any creditor, member or beneficiary of either Scheme or any other person who believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or an interest in either Scheme is requested to write to the Trustees of the Schemes by post to Nigel Carver c/o Sacker & Partners LLP, 20 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7JE, to make a claim.

Claimants should provide full details of their claim, including their full name, address, date of birth, NI number and, if applicable, dates of employment. Please clearly quote the name of the Scheme applicable to you in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by 14 July 2023. After this date, the Trustees will proceed to wind-up each Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Trustees of the Schemes shall not be liable to any person of whose claims and demands they have not had notice.
