"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that John Walters (IP No. 9315) and Jonathan James Beard (IP No. 9552) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2/3 Pavilion Buildings, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1EE be and hereby are appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of the Liquidator from time to time."
