"That, it has been proved that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the Company and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gavin Maher (IP No. 024852) and Robert Fishman (IP No. 24894) both of Teneo Financial Advisory Limited, 5th Floor, 6 More London Place, London, SE1 2DA be and hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by them jointly or by each of them alone."
