Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act of 1907, that on 25 April 2023 PP Pension Scheme transferred to KAREN MILLARD AND M.W. TRUSTEES LIMITED AS TRUSTEES OF MILLARD PENSION TRUST the interest held by it in the MW Private Investors (Welbeck Land) Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England (registered number LP017747) and that with effect from that KAREN MILLARD AND M.W. TRUSTEES LIMITED AS TRUSTEES Of MILLARD PENSION TRUST became a limited partner in the Partnership.
