1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and
2. "That John Fisher of Parkin S Booth Ltd, 2nd Floor, 14 Castle Street, Liverpool, L2 0NE and Robert Cundy of Edge Recovery Ltd, 5/7 Ravensbourne Road, Bromley, Kent BR1 1HN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately."
