The company is able to pay all its known creditors in full.

Notice is hereby given that creditors who have not already proved are required, by 23:59 on 30 May 2023, to prove their debts by sending Daniel James of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX, the joint liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.

Notice is also hereby given pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the joint liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the company within the period of two months from the last date for proving as specified above.

The liquidator intends that, after paying or providing for the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
