"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Paul Bailey and Matthew Reeds were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 18 April 2023.
