We, Dominik Thiel-Czerwinke (IP No. 009636) and Jamie Taylor (IP No. 002748) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1066 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, SS9 3NA were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 31 August 2022. The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 17 May 2023. The dividend will be the final dividend being declared. The creditors of the above named company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 17 May 2023 ("the last date for proving") to deliver their proofs of debt to the Joint Liquidators whose contact details are below.
