This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. That establishing of a Creditors' Committee. 2. The approval of the office holder's fees and costs, including pre-Administration costs and liquidation costs in the event that the Company exits into CVL and the Administrator becomes the Liquidator. 3. The timing of the Administrator's discharge.
