“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company and accordingly, that the Company is wound up voluntarily and that Michael James Meston Reid, of Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, (IP No. 7327) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
