THE GLASS AND GLAZING FEDERATION EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27, TRUSTEE ACT 1925
The Trustees of the Glass and Glazing Federation Employee Benefits Plan (the “Trustees” and the “Plan” respectively) intend to finalise the winding-up of the Plan (the Plan commenced winding-up on 15 February 2023) and make a distribution of any final assets remaining. Notice is hereby given by the Trustees pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 of the intention to wind up the Plan and distribute its assets.
The Trustees believe that they have the names of everyone with a right to benefits under the Plan. However, if you were an employee of the Glass and Glazing Federation and a member of the Plan, and think you have entitlement to benefits, or you are a widow, widower, civil partner, child, dependant or other beneficiary of such an employee, and you have not received correspondence regarding the Plan in the last year, please write with full details of your claim or interest including:
• your full name;
• your address;
• your National Insurance Number;
• your date of birth;
• details of when you were a member of the Plan (or details of the basis of your claim/interest); and
• any relevant papers

You must contact the Trustees within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice. You must therefore contact the Trustees by 13 June 2023.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on 13 June 2023, the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan to provide benefits for its members and beneficiaries and to complete the winding-up of the Plan, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. After that time, the Trustees shall not be liable to any other person.
