“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Booth (IP No. 9470) of Booth & Co, Coopers House, Intake Lane, Ossett, WF5 0RG be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”

The convener has received insufficient valid objections to the nomination of Philip Richard Booth as Liquidator and last day for receipt of objections was 5 April 2023, the decision date. Therefore, the creditors have confirmed the appointment of Philip Richard Booth by deemed consent.
