Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 March 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 27 March 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of DALGLEISH who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of DALGLEISH and assumed the name of DALGLEISH.
