Notice is hereby given that:-

1. on 30 March 2023, Churchmanor Exempt Unit Trust, a limited partner in the Partnership, the unitholders of which are (1) Stephen Clark, Felicity Clark and Pensioneer Trustees (London) Limited as trustees of the Churchmanor Pension Scheme and (2) Graham Humphrey, Shirley Humphrey and Pensioneer Trustees (London) Limited as trustees of the Humphrey Pension Scheme, transferred all of their Partnership Interests to Ropemaker Exempt Unit Trust, an existing limited partner in the Partnership, and decreased its capital contribution by £9.59, and resigned as a Limited Partner in the Partnership;

2. on 30 March 2023, The Churchmanor Estates Company plc, a limited partner in the Partnership, transferred all of its Partnership Interests to Ropemaker Exempt Unit Trust, an existing limited partner in the Partnership, and decreased its capital contribution by £6,400, and resigned as a Limited Partner in the Partnership;

3. on 30 March 2023, Ropemaker Exempt Unit Trust, a limited partner in the Partnership, the unitholders of which are Ropemaker Properties Limited and Ropemaker Deansgate Limited as nominees of the BP Pension Fund, increased its capital contribution to the Partnership by £6,409.59, so that its capital contribution increased to the Partnership to £15,990
