The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6, and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, propose to make the above Order, the effect of which will be to:

1. Permit eligible vehicles to pass through the existing no motor vehicles prohibitions, operating Monday to Friday 7.30am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm, located in Cavendish Avenue outside Valley Court and in Fairlawn Drive at the side of nos. 83 and 85 St. Ronans Crescent;

2. Premises located in the following roads may be permitted to pass through the existing prohibitions by application to and approval by the Council; Mayfair Gardens; Trevor Road; Blenheim Court; Trevor Road; Horn Lane; Vernon avenue from its junction with Horn Lane to its junction with Broadmead Road; Ingatestone Road; Shenfield Road; Warley Road; Parkland Road; Ingatestone Road; Eagle Terrace; Landscape Road; St. Ronans Crescent; Arundel Drive; Beverley Crescent; The Vale; Forest Approach; Rokeby Gardens; Arlington Road; Cavendish Avenue; Darnley Road; Charteris Road between its junctions with Shenfield Road and Broadmead Road; Fairfield Road; Higham Road;

A copy of the Order indicating the locations and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre in Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Any objections and other representations to the proposed Orders must be made in writing stating the grounds on which they are made and sent to the council by email to: parking.schemes@redbridge.gov.uk or by writing to: Parking Design team, Lynton House, 255-259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY (quoting reference LBR. 2023/T10), within 21 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
