Notice is hereby given under Section 109 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that on 20 March 2023 the above named Company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and David Kerr (IP No 9161) was appointed Liquidator. The Company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.
