This notice is given by the Joint Liquidators, Alan Coleman, (IP No. 009402) and Marco Piacquadio, (IP No. 19910) of FTS Recovery Limited, Ground Floor, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR who were appointed on 11 October 2016, and is to inform creditors that the Joint Liquidators intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Alan Coleman of FTS Recovery Limited, Ground Floor, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR, by 14 April 2023. Creditors who do not prove by that date will be excluded from the benefit of the distribution.

It is the Joint Liquidators' intention to declare this dividend no later than 2 months from the last date for proving.
