Notice is hereby given by the Joint Liquidators of Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB, pursuant to Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to the unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.

The unsecured creditors of the Company are required, on or before 14 April 2023, to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to the Joint Liquidators at Opus Restructuring LLP, 322 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7PB.

If so, required by notice from the Joint Liquidators, creditors must produce any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidators consider necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim.
