TAKE NOTICE that that a petition for an order that Telford Offshore Limited whose registered office is situated at Walkers Corporate Limited, 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9008, Cayman Islands (the "Company") be put into liquidation and wound up in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act has been presented to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands (the “Petition”).

The Petition was presented by GLAS Trust Corporation Limited, whose registered office is situated at 55 Ludgate Hill, Level 1, West, London, England EC4M 7JW. Copies of the Petition and supporting affidavits may be obtained free of charge from the petitioner's attorneys, Appleby (Cayman) Ltd, whose address is 71 Fort Street, PO Box 190 GT, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands (Ref: 455816.0001 DB/AJ).

The Petition seeks an order that Alexander William Lawson and Christopher Barnett Kennedy both of Alvarez & Marsal Cayman Islands Limited, Flagship Building, 2nd Floor, 142 Seafarers Way, George Town, PO Box 2507, Grand Cayman, KY1-1104, Cayman Islands be appointed as official liquidators of the Company.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the hearing of the Petition will take place on 20 April 2023 at the Law Courts, George Town, Grand Cayman at 10.00 am. Any creditor or shareholder of the Company may be heard on the questions whether or not a winding up order should be made and, if a winding up order is made, who should be appointed as official liquidator(s) of the Company. Any creditor or shareholder who opposes the appointment of Alexander William Lawson and Christopher Barnett Kennedy must nominate an alternative qualified insolvency practitioner(s) who consents to act and has sworn an affidavit complying with the requirements of the Companies Winding Up Rules, Order 3, rule 4.
