At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 549 Cowpen Road, Blyth, NE24 4JF on 28 February 2023 at 12pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Brian Milne (IP No 9381) of French Duncan LLP, 56 Palmerston Place, Edinburgh, EH12 5AY be appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
