NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions
i) On the junction of Sowery Avenue and Wells Gardens
ii) On Childs Close around its junction with Hill Crescent and extending on both sides into Childs Close along the flank walls of Nos 1/1a Hill Crescent
iii) On Ascot Gardens outside Nos 2,4,6,8 and 10
iv) On the junction of Morcombe Close and South End Road
v) On the apex bend in Maidstone Avenue and Hayden Way
vi) On the junction of Mallison Close and Maybank Avenue
vii) On the junction of Wainfleet Avenue with Hayden Avenue and Thameshill Avenue.
viii) On Thameshill Avenue and Hayden Way opposite their junction with Wainfleet Avenue
ix) On Lowlands Gardens around the junction with London Road, extending into Lowlands Gardens around Nos 3,4,5 and 6
x) On Squirrels Heath Lane outside The New Inn and joining up with the existing no waiting at any time restrictions the junction with Elvet Avenue.
xi) On Mildmay Road opposite Nos 28 and 30
b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on:
i) Malvern Road outside No 24
ii) Taunton Road outside No 20
iii) Cherry Tree Lane outside No 68/70
iv) Camborne Avenue outside No 45
v) Fyfield Road outside No 6
vi) Wednesbury Road outside No 22
vii) Manor Road, Romford outside Nos 1 to 8 Heritage Court removing a resident permit parking bay (RO3 Zone)
viii) Hillrise Road outside No 267
ix) Roseberry Close outside No 1
x) Wantz Lane outside No 23
xi) Narboro Court outside Nos 13 to 18
xii) Oates Road outside No 28
xiii) Dagnam Park Drive outside Nos 219 - 225
c) Change existing disabled persons parking bays into dedicated disabled persons parking bays on;
i) Brookway outside No 3
ii) Waycross Road outside No 47
iii) Maple Street outside No 11
iv) Cedar Close near No 7
d) Removal of part of a residents permit parking bay (GP2 Zone) and introduce a dedicated disabled persons parking bay on Elvet Avenue outside Nos 10 to 24
e) Removal of a disabled persons parking bay outside No 17 Margaret Road and reinstatement of the permit parking area (GP5 Zone)
f) Removal of a disabled persons parking bay and reinstatement of a footway parking bay outside No 61 Roseberry Gardens
g) Removal of a disabled persons parking bay outside No 82 Paines Brook Way
h) Extension of an existing disabled persons parking bay in Gernon Close along the flank wall of No 16 Jordans Way
i) Extension of existing waiting restriction 10.30am to 11.30am Monday to Friday outside No 59 Randall Drive
j) Extension of the no waiting at any time restrictions;
i) on Swanbourne Drive to the rear of Nos 2 and 4 Hitherwood Close and outside No 47 Swanbourne Drive
ii) on Thorn Lane along the flank wall of No 63 Lake Avenue
iii) on Fyfield Road outside No 4 from its junction with Rainham Road
iv) on Broadway, Rainham outside St Helens and St Giles Church
k) Removal of part of a residents permit parking bay (HWD Zone) and replace with a waiting restriction Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am outside No 62 Beltinge Road
l) Removal of three existing pay and display bays and replace with a waiting restriction Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm outside No 29 Park Drive, Romford
m) Removal of a residents permit parking bay (RO3 Zone) on Claremont Road outside No 45/47 and replace with a waiting restriction Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm
n) Introduce a residents permit parking area Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm in Lowlands Gardens
o) Extension of the existing waiting restriction Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm on Broadway, Rainham opposite St Helens and St Giles Church

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
