A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of RC Stratford Debt LLP of 112 Jermyn Street, London SW1Y 6LS (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is not stated, presented on Friday 20 January 2023, at 12:00 by Franove Holdings Limited of Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port GU1 1AR Guernsey claiming to be a Creditor of the Partnership, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 08 March 2023 at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
