Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 February 2023, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:
That the company be wound up voluntarily; and
That Daniel Richardson and Edward M Avery-Gee of CG&Co, Greg`s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester, M2 4DU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.
That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.
