At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 10:00am on 9 February 2023 at Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX, the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily” and “that Peter Frost (IP No. 8935) and Nicholas Stafford (IP No.27270) of Hazlewoods LLP, Staverton Court, Staverton, Cheltenham, GL51 0UX be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or alone”.
