A note has been presented to Dundee Sheriff Court by Colin Anthony Fisher Hastings, as Liquidator of BSLOH Ltd, seeking orders under section 212 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) against Timothy George Edward Butler, residing at 5 Kilrymont Crescent, St. Andrews, Fife KY16 8DT and Patrick Philip Mackey, residing at Thirdpart House, by Crail, Anstruther, Fife KY10 3XD, as Directors of the Company. By Interlocutor dated 9 February 2023, the Sheriff appointed notice of the import of the note and of the court’s deliverance to be advertised and ordained the said Timothy George Edward Butler and Patrick Philip Mackey and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the note should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dundee Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 6 West Bell Street, Dundee DD1 9AD, within a period of fourteen days after advertisement; under certification. All of which notice is hereby given.
