Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to Apax Europe VII-B L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011815 (the “Partnership”), that:

I. Kyburg Global Private Equity LLC transferred 49% of its interest in the Partnership, including 100% of its capital contribution to Fund Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners III, L.P.;

II. Kyburg Global Private Equity LLC transferred 37.8% of its interest in the Partnership, including 100% of its capital contribution to CSP IV Holdings, L.P.;

III. Kyburg Global Private Equity LLC transferred 7% of its interest in the Partnership, including 7% of its capital contribution to CSP IV OP Holdings, L.P; and

IV. Kyburg Global Private Equity LLC transferred 6.2% of its interest in the Partnership, including 6.2% of its capital contribution to Commonfund Secondaries Co-Investment Opportunities Fund, L.P.;

As a result of such transfers the following were admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership:

I. Commonfund Capital Secondary Partners III, L.P

II. CSP IV Holdings, L.P

III. CSP IV OP Holdings, L.P

IV. Commonfund Secondaries Co-Investment Opportunities Fund, L.P

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:

i. Kyburg Global Private Equity LLC
