MG ROVER GROUP SENIOR PENSION SCHEME

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 (as amended), that the Trustee of the MG Rover Group Senior Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) is finalising its winding-up and intends to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme as at 21 April 2005, being the date the Scheme commenced to wind up.

Any member, other beneficiary, creditor or anyone else having any claim against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the assets of the Scheme must write to the Trustee, care of the Scheme administrator, Mercer, at the address given below with full details of their claim including their full name, address, date of birth, NI Number, dates of employment and copies of any relevant papers, or with such other details of their claim or interest, as appropriate, by 7 April 2023 (i.e. within 2 months of the date on which this notice is published). y

After 7 April 2023 the Trustee will proceed with winding-up the Scheme and will have regard only to those claims and entitlements of which it had prior written notice. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been so notified to it by 7 April 2023. If the Trustee, or Mercer, are already in contact with you (for example if you have received correspondence from them or are receiving a pension) you do not need to reply to this notice as your interest has already been noted.
