"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and "that Matthew Douglas Hardy (IP No: 9160) of Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67 - 71 Northwood Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1TX and Allan Kelly (IP No: 9156) of FRP Advisory, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
