Notice is hereby given that I, Steve Baluchi, the Joint Administrator of the above named company, appointed on 25 March 2021, intend to declare and distribute a final dividend within the period of two months from the last date for proving mentioned below.

A distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
