That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Sajid Sattar and Simon Gwinnutt of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham, B1 1QH, be appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
