Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee of the Raytheon Master Pension Trust has transferred their entire interest in ASF VII Infrastructure L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL027727 (the “Partnership”) to MAPIF AV 1, L.P.. The Bank of New York Mellon, as Trustee of the Raytheon Master Pension Trust has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. MAPIF AV 1, L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
