NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925
BENSON TURNER LIMITED MANAGERS PENSION SCHEME (THE "SCHEME")
Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, to all parties who are, or were, members or beneficiaries of the Scheme that it is intended that the Scheme will be wound-up in the near future. The Trustees wish to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme and who has not previously had their benefits secured by annuity or transferred out to another scheme or provided with alternative equivalent arrangements for securing their respective benefits due to them from the Scheme. The Trustees believe that all members of the Scheme have previously been identified. However, any such persons claiming a beneficial interest in the Scheme should send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Scheme. This should include their full name, address, date of birth, national insurance number, dates of employment, and copies of any relevant documents and any additional contact details such as an e-mail address and/or phone number.: The details should be sent to the Trustees of the Benson Turner Limited Managers Pension Scheme, Stone Hall Mills, Stone Hall Road, Eccleshill, Bradford BD2 2EW within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to wind up the Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they have not had notice.
