Notice is hereby given by Samuel Alexander Ballinger, Andrew James Johnson, and Christopher Jon Bennett, the Joint Administrators of the Company, that a physical meeting of creditors has been convened in the accordance with the requirements of Section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rules 15.6 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and that the previous original by deemed consent is superseded. The purpose of the meeting is to seek decisions from the creditors on the following: (i) That the Joint Administrators` Proposals be approved; (ii) Whether a Creditors` Committee should be established if sufficient creditors are willing to be members; (iii) In the event that no Creditors` Committee is established, that the Joint Administrators` remuneration be approved as set out in their Remuneration Report at Appendix E of the Proposals.

The decision procedure will take the form of a physical meeting and will be held as follows:

If a creditor has not already submitted proof of their debt, they should do so using the Turnkey Insolvency Portal at www.ips-docs.com and with the login details previously

All proxies must be lodged with FTI Consulting LLP, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD or at keyair@fticonsulting.com before the meeting. We recommend that the form is sent to us by email where possible. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener before they may be used at the meeting, fixed for 09.00 a.m. on 9 February 2023.
