Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 June 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 January 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Freddie Paul Turner-Waites who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Freddie Paul Waites and assumed the name of Freddie Paul Turner-Waites.
