This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Chris Newell and Richard Easterby, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 2nd Floor, Arcadia House, 15 Forlease Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RX.

A virtual meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1.The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee. 2. That Richard Cole and Steve Kenny, both of KBL Advisory Limited, also be appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company as per the Joint Administrators’ Proposals. 3. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees. 4. The approval of the costs of KBL Advisory Limited in relation to costs incurred for the proposedliquidation that did not proceed due to the Joint Administrators appointment. 5. That the Joint Administrators be authorised to discharge the costs of Bennett Brooks Accountants for the preparation of the Statement of Affairs. 6. The approval of the pre-Administration costs.
