Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, pursuant to deed of transfer dated 1 January 2023 ("Deed of Transfer"), Lafarge UK Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Lafarge UK Pension Plan, transferred its entire interest held in CS Capital Partners V L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales, with registration number LP016500 (the “Partnership”) (such Partnership is governed by a limited partnership agreement dated 12 June 2015 (amended and restated from time to time (the "LPA")) in the following proportions:

• £8,595,000 of its Commitment to Lafarge UK Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee for the Non-LRPS Section of the Lafarge UK Pension Plan; and

• £6,405,000 of its Commitment to Lafarge UK Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee for the LRPS Section of the Lafarge UK Pension Plan. (together, the "Transferee")

With effect from, and including 1 January 2023 as set out in the Deed of Transfer, Transferee assumed all legal and beneficial rights, obligations and benefits in the transferred interests, and Lafarge UK Pension Trustees Limited as Trustee of the Lafarge UK Pension Plan has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
