(the "Partnership")Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 3 January 2023, G.E. C.I.F. Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the GE UK Pension Common Investment Fund (the “Assignor”), a limited partner in the Partnership, transferred 100% of their right, title and interest held in the Partnership to GE Healthcare Pension Trustee Limited, as Trustee of the GE Healthcare Pension Plan (the “Assignee”).
Consequently on that date the Assignee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Assignor ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership.
