LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 December 2022, Everlake Life Insurance Company transferred the whole of its interest in Basalt Infrastructure Partners III A L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP020596 (the “Partnership”), to Everlake Private Fund I, LLC. As a consequence of such transfer, Everlake Private Fund I, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Everlake Life Insurance Company ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
