For the purposes of section 32(c) of the Partnership Act 1890, the General Partner of the Firm, being Omega-04-Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, hereby notifies the Firm’s Limited Partners (as defined in the deed of limited partnership relevant to the Firm dated 26 September 2002 (the Deed)) that AP Second D Trading LP, a limited partnership registered in England Wales with number LP008345 is hereby dissolved on the date of this notice.

Pursuant to section 44(b) of the Partnership Act 1890 and paragraph 21 of the Deed, the General Partner confirms that the Firm has no profits or ultimate residue which is divisible between the partners of the Firm.
