Notice is hereby given that on 8 December 2022 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by IAIN WILSON SNR, residing at Valhalla House, Old Mugdock Road, Strathblane, Glasgow G63 9ET, seeking the leave of the court for the Petitioner to be director of Wilson Design Source Supply Limited (registration number SC625414), I Wilson Holdings Limited (registration number SC162592) and Iain Wilson Properties Limited (registration number SC085204) and to take part in the promotion and management of the companies; in which Petition Sheriff Reid by Interlocutor dated 21 December 2022 appointed all persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers within 14 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
