Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the members of the above-named company on 22 December 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) both of Bailey Ahmad Limited, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

It should be noted that the Company was placed into liquidation via deemed consent and that Paul Bailey and Matt Reeds were appointed as Joint Liquidators on 22 December 2022.
